Concrete Protection Project of Real Estate Haifu Jiangcheng Building in Wuhan
1. Bidding Conditions
The Haifu Jiangcheng construction project (project name) has been approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Jiangan District of Wuhan. The approval number is No. 4 of the Bank Development and Reform [2012]. The bidder is Wuhan Real Estate Co., Ltd. of China Hydropower Construction Group. The construction fund is self-raised, and the bidding agency is Hubei Complete Tendering Co., Ltd. Now that the project has met the bidding requirements, it is decided to invite public bidding for the construction and installation works of the project. Interested potential bidders (hereinafter referred to as applicants) are invited to apply for pre-qualification.

Construction Scale: Four 28-storey residential buildings are planned to be built. Among them, the above-ground building area is 67724.60 square meters (residential building area is 62573.16 square meters, street-facing shop building area is 4603.91 square meters), and the underground garage building area is 15221.20 square meters.
Planned duration: 650 calendar days
Quality Requirements: Qualified
Bidding scope: construction and installation works, fire fighting equipment, security and automatic control system within the scope of construction drawings (detailed drawings and bill of quantities).
3. Qualification requirements of applicants
3.1 The pre-qualification requires that the applicant possess the qualification of inferior grade and above of general contracting for housing construction projects issued by the State Construction Administration Department, and the registered capital on the business license is not less than 45 million yuan (including); from May 31, 2009 to May 30, 2012, there is at least one similar project performance. Proposed Project Manager: With a Certificate of Registered Constructor (including a temporary certificate within the validity period), he has worked as a project manager in at least one similar project from May 31, 2009 to May 30, 2012. Designated technical person in charge: construction engineering or similar professional title.
Note: The performance of similar projects refers to the construction performance of housing construction projects with a single construction contract value of 100 million yuan or more from May 31, 2009 to May 30, 2012.
3.2 The application for pre-qualification of the consortium will not be accepted in this pre-qualification.
3.3 There is a tender section in this project. Each applicant may apply for pre-qualification in respect of the above tender section.
